Automatic Rotating Press
GYRA Rotary Press – Automatic A200D+F / 290D+F / 350D+F & A450D+F – The GYRA Rotary Press is designed for the industrial pressing of ceramic, terracotta, stoneware and earthenware clays, operating with clay moisture content between 18.5% and 19% and a minimum hardness of 1.5 kg/cm².
This equipment is suitable for industrial production environments and operates exclusively with steel moulds of circular geometry. The pressing process occurs along the rotational surface of the mould, parallel to its axis, ensuring uniform pressure distribution and consistent product quality.
The GYRA range is available in configurations from semi-automatic to fully automatic, including versions equipped with integrated process extrusion dies, allowing seamless integration into different production layouts and levels of automation.
