Its new reinforced design offers increased structural rigidity and reliability, allowing the glazing of larger ceramic pieces (up to 500 mm wide). The machine has also been optimized to facilitate cleaning operations and fast product changeovers, reducing downtime and improving overall productivity.

The system is equipped with two independent glazing vats, each supplied by its own dedicated pump, enabling the simultaneous application of two different glazes. This configuration provides exceptional flexibility for production lines requiring frequent glaze changes or dual-glaze applications.

A newly developed operating mode allows the inside and outside edges of the piece to be glazed at the same level, with minimal oscillation of the glaze line. This advanced mode is available in addition to the traditional dipping processes with or without reflow, all fully programmable via the control console.

During the glazing cycle and drainage phase, the machine precisely controls height, inclination, movement speed, stop times and rotation speed of the pieces. It also manages vacuum control and glaze pump speed, ensuring optimal glaze agitation, reflow and uniform coating.

All process parameters are stored in programmable recipes, making it quick and easy to switch between different pieces or glaze types, while maintaining consistent and repeatable results.
