Double Foot Cleaning Machine
The Double Foot Cleaning Machine is designed to support the finishing stage of ceramic pieces in industrial production environments, helping operators remove glaze from the base of each piece more efficiently, consistently and with greater control.
Equipped with two adjustable-speed belt mats, an easy-to-use control panel and a water tank system, this machine helps optimise the foot cleaning process, reducing manual effort and supporting a smoother production flow.
The speed of each belt mat can be adjusted independently, allowing the machine to adapt to different production needs. The water washing system helps remove excess glaze, while the squeezing roller helps remove excess water from the belt mats during operation.
Designed for practical daily use, the Double Foot Cleaning Machine also features a lifting belt support area, making cleaning, maintenance and belt or drive belt replacement easier. The removable water tank allows for simpler refilling and cleaning.
