Extruder FV250

With the RJC FV250 you can count on the highest standards of quality, innovation and efficiency.
It has a production capacity of up to 2,5 tons per hour, with a nozzle diameter from 80 to 180 mm.

The machine is equipped with a feeder auger and main auger, ensuring a consistent material flow and improved extrusion performance. The FV250 can also be configured as a process extruder, depending on the production requirements.

The control panel includes on/off gear motor, on/off vacuum, speed variation, and emergency power off.
