Filter Press – Small

Filter press in a water treatment plant is a vital piece of equipment for solid-liquid separation, primarily used to dewater sludge by forcing liquid out through filter cloths under high pressure, creating a dense, dry solid “filter cake” for easier disposal, with the clean liquid (filtrate) often recycled or discharged

The company operates a system for the collection and treatment of industrial effluents generated by ceramic production. The effluents are conveyed to a reception tank, where they are homogenised, and then directed to a chemical treatment process based on coagulation and flocculation.

This treatment allows the removal of suspended particles and the reduction of water turbidity, ensuring that the final effluent complies with legal and environmental requirements prior to discharge.

Effluent Treatment – Ceramic Industry
