The RJC Shuttle Kiln – 1 m³ is a compact and efficient firing solution designed for ceramic manufacturers seeking precision, flexibility and energy efficiency in smaller production volumes.

Built with high-quality refractory materials, the kiln ensures excellent thermal insulation and temperature homogeneity, even under demanding firing cycles. Independent air and gas regulation, combined with calibrated burner systems, allows precise combustion control, resulting in consistent firing results for both biscuit and glazed ware.

The kiln is equipped with advanced monitoring and control systems, enabling accurate consumption tracking and optimized energy use

 

Optional heat recovery solutions can be applied to reuse thermal energy from the firing or cooling phases and supply clean air to auxiliary equipment such as static dryers, contributing to improved overall plant efficiency.
