The RJC Shuttle Kiln – 4 m³ is a high-capacity firing solution developed for ceramic producers with higher output requirements, combining robust construction, advanced combustion control and reliable energy performance.

Designed to operate under high cadency production cycles, the kiln features premium refractory brickwork carefully assembled to ensure optimal thermal insulation and uniform temperature distribution throughout the firing chamber. Independent air and gas flow regulation guarantees precise combustion control, maximizing firing quality while optimizing energy consumption.

The kiln is fully managed via a modern HMI control system, providing real-time monitoring, recipe management and consumption analysis. Remote access enables quick feedback and technical support, ensuring continuous performance and customer peace of mind.

Heat recovery solutions can be applied as an optional system, allowing the reuse of combustion or cooling-phase heat to supply clean, controlled air to static dryers or other production equipment. This approach supports energy optimization across the production line without affecting kiln operation.
