Standard Kilns

RJC Standard Kilns are designed to meet a wide range of ceramic firing requirements, combining proven reliability, flexibility and high energy efficiency. Available in capacities ranging from 1 m³ up to 60 m³, these kilns can be configured with different technologies and layouts to adapt precisely to each customer’s production needs.

Each project is developed through a tailor-made engineering approach, covering design, manufacturing and implementation. RJC works closely with the customer to define the most suitable kiln configuration, ensuring optimal integration with existing production lines and meeting specific technical, operational and space requirements.

Built to the highest industrial standards, RJC Standard Kilns feature automatic air and gas control, calibrated burner systems and advanced regulation of temperature and pressure, ensuring uniform firing conditions and consistent product quality. The robust refractory construction guarantees thermal stability and durability, even under demanding production cycles.

All kiln parameters are managed through an intuitive HMI control interface, allowing easy operation, real-time monitoring and remote access for diagnostics and support. From initial concept to commissioning on site, RJC delivers complete kiln projects, ensuring reliable performance, long-term efficiency and consistent ceramic quality.

Energy efficiency is a key focus in the design of RJC kilns. Optional heat recovery solutions can be applied to reuse thermal energy from the firing process, supplying clean, controlled air to static dryers or other equipment, contributing to reduced energy consumption and optimized overall plant performance.
