Polishing Machine
The RJC Sanding Machine with integrated dust extraction is designed for finishing and polishing the bottom surface of ceramic products. The system efficiently captures and removes all generated dust, directing it into a dedicated collection bag to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
The electrical control panel is equipped with the following controls:
“Enabled Machine” Indicator – Illuminates when the machine is powered on and ready for operation.
“Defect” Indicator – Illuminates when a fault is detected in the polisher motor or extraction fan.
Potentiometer – Used to adjust and control the rotational speed of the polishing unit.
“Polisher On/Off” Switch – Turns the polishing unit on or off.
Emergency Stop Push Button – Immediately stops all machine functions in case of emergency.
Main Disconnect Switch – Isolates and cuts off the machine’s main power supply.
The machine has overall dimensions of 45 × 35 × 34 inches and an approximate weight of 270 lb. Electrical specifications include a power rating of 1.5 kW, a supply voltage of 480 VAC, and an operating frequency of 60 Hz.
